Manager of Family Life

The Diocese of Lafayette in Indiana is looking for a dynamic leader to help transform the diocese through its families. Studies indicate that there is a direct correlation between the strength and quality of family life and the health of the Church. We are seeking a qualified individual to bring about the new evangelization through the families in our diocese. We need a leader who is passionate about families and the Catholic faith and can equip our parishes as they minister to families. Specifically, we are looking for someone who desires to form and maintain marriages as a community of life and love, prepare parents to be leaders in the domestic Church and heal wounded families impacted by the cultural realities.
If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in theology, church studies, family life, social work or related area and have experience in developing family life programs, we would love to talk with you about a great opportunity to serve God.
