Nancy has worked with RCIA for more than 20 years, and she has had the privilege to work in the RCIA process in several parishes throughout the years, first as a volunteer and later as a Parish Pastoral Associate responsible for the RCIA process. She first began to learn about RCIA as a team member, witnessing how the process could transform lives. Later, while serving as the assistant to the RCIA coordinator she participated in the North American Forum Beginnings and Beyond Institute. The experience served her well as a few months later she was appointed as the parish RCIA Coordinator.
Nancy has since continued to study theology, first at Marian College and later at St. Meinrad. In 2004, she earned a Master of Pastoral Studies degree with a concentration in liturgy at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago.
